Payment Processing
I process online orders using PayPal. If you don't feel comfortable using PayPal, we can arrange an alternate form of payment. Just contact me and propose an alternate method.
Shipments
Depending on where I'm shipping, I'll use either UPS or USPS at my discretion. If you have a specific request for either, please let me know.
Returns
I will accept returns within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the product price, but not the shipping cost. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer, as well. If you want to return an item, you can email and let me know.
